These Terms of Service (hereinafter - "Terms") govern your use of the "My Oberig" mobile application (hereinafter - "App", "Service") for purchasing Ukrainian goods. By using the App, you accept these Terms in full.
1.1. By downloading, installing or using the App, you confirm that:
1.2. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1.3. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment of publication. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your agreement with the new Terms.
2.1. The "My Oberig" App is an e-commerce platform for browsing Ukrainian goods, making online purchases, and managing account and orders.
2.2. We act solely as an intermediary (platform) between buyers and sellers. We are not the manufacturer, supplier, or seller of goods.
2.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
3.1. Creating an Account
To make purchases, you need to create an account providing: first name, last name, email, phone number, password.
3.2. Account Responsibility
You bear full and exclusive responsibility for maintaining account confidentiality, all activities under your account, and promptly notifying us of unauthorized use.
3.3. Account Requirements
Information must be accurate and current. One user — one account. Fake accounts and account transfers are prohibited.
3.4. Account Deletion
You can delete your account through App settings or customer support. See Data Deletion Policy.
4.1. Placing an Order
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information, pay in full, and receive the goods.
4.2. Order Confirmation
Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment. We may reject orders for any reason at our sole discretion.
4.3. Prices
Prices may change without notice. We do not guarantee price accuracy and reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
4.4. Payment
Payment is processed through third-party payment systems. We do not store card data. We are not responsible for payment system failures.
4.5. Delivery
Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon handover to delivery service. We are not responsible for delays, losses or damage during delivery.
Return of proper quality goods — 14 days (unused, packaging preserved). Custom-made goods, food products and hygiene products are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Decisions regarding claims are made at our sole discretion.
All rights to the App belong to us or our licensors. You are granted a limited license for personal use. Copying, decompiling and creating derivative products are prohibited.
Prohibited: violating legislation, fraud, interfering with App operation, using bots, collecting other users' data. Violation — account blocking without prior notice.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF FITNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ABSENCE OF ERRORS, ACCURACY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION, QUALITY AND CONFORMITY OF GOODS TO DESCRIPTION.
Any content downloaded through the App is used at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE, OUR OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
YOU USE THE APP ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Maximum aggregate liability — amount paid in last 3 months or 500 UAH, whichever is less.
You agree to defend and hold harmless us and our employees from any claims, damages and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We are not liable for non-performance due to natural disasters, war, strikes, power/Internet outages, legislation changes, pandemics, cyberattacks and other circumstances beyond our control.
These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Disputes are resolved in Ukrainian courts. The Ukrainian version prevails.

By sending feedback, you grant us the right to use your ideas without compensation. If a provision is invalid — the rest remains in effect. We may send notices via push, email or SMS.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign our rights to third parties.
